"I really appreciated the flow from basic principles, prenatal exercises, birthing principles, and post-natal care. Taking the class in the second trimester highlighted questions for me to ask my midwife/OBGYN in appointments to prepare myself for the birthing process."

"Beth’s virtual Prenatal Pelvic Floor Series was outstanding! As a first time mama, I’ve never felt more confident in (1) maintaining movement throughout my entire pregnancy with the help of her exercises and workout recommendations; (2) connecting to my pelvic floor and breathing habits; and (3) my ability to advocate for myself during labor and delivery. Beth is extremely responsive to emails and all questions. I highly recommend her services and expertise!"

"I just finished Beth's online course and already have recommended it to my friend that is expecting. With this being my first pregnancy, it helped guide my questions in prenatal appointments. I feel like I have a better understanding of typical pelvic health versus dysfunction and would definitely reach out to Beth in the future as a post-natal resource."

Hi! I'm Beth
I’ll be your instructor and by your side throughout the course. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program from a big brand...it’s a comprehensive, carefully designed experience created and led by me, Beth Anderson. I’m a licensed occupational therapist, pelvic floor expert, pregnancy and postpartum specialist, and mom of three, with years of experience helping women feel stronger, more comfortable, and more confident in pregnancy and beyond. You won’t just be handed a library of videos and left on your own; you’ll have direct access to me every step of the way. That means real-time answers to your questions, personalized guidance when you need it, and the encouragement of having a trusted professional in your corner as you prepare for birth and set yourself up for a smoother recovery. My goal is to give you the tools, knowledge, and support I wish every expecting mom had, so you feel informed, empowered, and truly cared for throughout this journey.

This program isn’t just videos and handouts...
it’s your very own pelvic floor therapist, walking with you through pregnancy, helping you feel stronger, more comfortable, and prepared for birth and recovery.
Week-by-Week Guidance
I’ll break things down into small, doable steps so you never feel overwhelmed. Each week builds on the last, so you’ll feel progress as you go.
Educational Videos
Short, easy-to-follow lessons where I explain what’s happening in your body and how to work with it...not against it.
Movement & Exercise Videos
Gentle, safe exercises you can do at home, with clear instructions so you know you’re doing them right. Think of me coaching you from the mat.
Downloadable Handouts & Resources
Simple guides you can save to your phone or print out, so you always have a quick reference when you need it.
Ongoing Access
You’ll have full access to the course for 3 months. That way, you can revisit the lessons at your own pace, while I devote my time and attention to supporting each participant actively inside the program.
Direct Support
This is what makes the course different from a big-box brand. For 6 weeks, you’ll have direct access to me...by text, email, phone, or Zoom...for questions, feedback, or encouragement. I respond within 24 hours (M–F) because I want you to feel supported every step of the way.
